Taking an online course?
The my.emich system is multi-purposed, allowing you to register for courses, receive email and check your student billing. Your my.emich email address will be the primary method of communication used in your online course. EMU–Online is a course delivery system whereas the my.emich system is Eastern Michigan University's personal portal. All enrolled students have access to the my.emich email system which is an official form of communication at EMU.
All EMU–Online technical questions can be directed to the EMU–Online help desk. The help desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year.
In addition, EMU–Online staff can often help with technical support issues associated with your EMU–Online courses and are available Mon.–Fri., 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. Contact email@example.com or 734.487.1081.
