Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development
The Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development is a "for credit" program, which means that later on, if you decide to pursue an MBA or a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development, your graduate courses can be applied to that master's degree. You can enter the certificate programs without taking the GMAT or GRE and without business foundation courses. And if you already have a master’s degree, the graduate certificates will further enhance your human resources and organizational development knowledge and skills.
