Criteria for Continuing Education Applicants
Term of Award
Winter Semester or Spring Term 2010
One scholarship in the amount of $500 will be awarded. Qualified undergraduate and graduate students may apply.
Undergraduate Applicant Requirements
A minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 at EMU and demonstrated financial need.
Applicants must be admitted to the University and admitted and enrolled in
one of the programs offered through Continuing Education.
Graduate Applicant Requirements
A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 at EMU and demonstrated financial need.
Applicants must be admitted to the University and admitted and enrolled in
one of the programs offered through Continuing Education.
Application Deadline: November 6, 2009
The scholarship recipient will be notified by December 1, 2009.
* The Daryl L. Barton Scholarship requires that a student applicant must reside in
the Metropolitan Detroit area (Macomb, Oakland or Wayne County).
** The Marz R.N. to B.S.N. Scholarship is limited to R.N. undergraduate students
pursuing their Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.
