Conferences & Retreats

The Kresge Environmental Center offers its facility to interested schools, churches and responsible community groups.

The Center is available for such programs as religious retreats, conferences, workshops, clinics seminars, in-house training, cross-country skiing, as well as other educational, environmental and recreational programs.

• Teachers: Be sure to inquire about our school camping programs for 5-6 graders.
  

Things to do

• Trails: Fish Lake has miles of trails through many kinds of environments. Site maps are always available to help you find your way around. If you are a jogger you'll love running our trails in early morning.
  

• Cross Country Skiing: The terrain around Fish Lake is ideally suited for cross country skiing. With rolling hills and beautiful surroundings, you will enjoy exploring our 240 acres as well as the 8,000 acres of state land adjacent to us.
   
• Bonfires: Located upon one of the highest points in Lapeer County is our outside fire pit. Here hot-dogs and s'mores can be roasted to perfection.
   
• Recreation: A volleyball court, plus a baseball and soccer field are also available on site.
